Welcome to Prilos. This Privacy Policy explains how the Prilos mobile application (“Prilos”, “the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our creative tools for image and video generation and portrait editing. We designed Prilos to be lightweight, transparent, and respectful of your personal space. Please read this document carefully so you understand our practices.
This Policy applies to the Prilos application installed on your device and to the in-app experiences that let you create, browse, save, share, and report AI-assisted visual content. Current creative tools covered by this Policy include AI Image, AI Video, Change Outfit, Hair Salon, Face Swap, Reshape Body, and Face Expression. It describes categories of information that may be processed on your device, information that may be transmitted to generation services solely to fulfill a creative request you initiate, and the choices available to you. This Policy does not create any account system and does not require you to register before using core features.
Throughout every stage of processing described here, we reaffirm that we do not collect user facial information. Creative features that accept a photo you select are used only to complete the generation task you request; they are not used to build identity profiles or facial biometric databases.
Prilos stores certain data locally so the App can function without requiring you to sign in:
These items remain under your control on the device. Clearing cache removes temporary picker files. Uninstalling the App removes local private storage associated with Prilos. We do not collect user facial information from these local records, and we do not extract facial biometrics from reference photos stored temporarily for generation.
When you tap Generate, Prilos may send the prompt text assembled for that tool and, if the flow requires reference images, compressed image data needed for that request. Package identification may be included so the service can apply fair-use routing for the App. Model configuration values may be attached to route the request to the appropriate generation pipeline.
Depending on the tool, a request may include one portrait reference, two images (for example Face Swap), or multiple optional references for AI Image or AI Video. Reference images are converted into a compressed format solely to perform the creative task. We do not collect user facial information for identity verification, advertising audiences, or persistent facial matching. After a request completes, Prilos focuses on delivering the resulting media URL or file to your device so you can preview, save, or share the work yourself.
Video generation may create an asynchronous task identifier so the App can poll for completion. That identifier is stored locally with your work record so you can reopen the detail screen and continue waiting if you left mid-process. Polling does not introduce facial biometric collection; we do not collect user facial information during status checks.
Prilos uses the system photo picker to let you choose reference images. This approach avoids broad gallery scanning. You decide which images, if any, are included in a request. The App does not silently upload your entire library. When saving finished works to your gallery through MediaStore, Prilos writes only the files you choose to export.
If a creative flow involves a portrait-style photo—such as Change Outfit, Hair Salon, Face Swap, Reshape Body, or Face Expression—the pixels are used only as creative input for that session’s generation. We do not collect user facial information, do not run facial recognition enrollment, and do not retain facial templates after the creative workflow.
Prilos requests network access to communicate with generation services. On older system versions, saving media to shared storage may require a write permission that is requested only when you attempt to save. Prilos does not request continuous location tracking, microphone recording for surveillance, or contacts access. Permission prompts appear in context of the action you take.
Granting or denying a permission does not cause Prilos to begin collecting user facial information. Facial biometric collection is outside the product design.
Information processed by Prilos is used to:
We do not sell personal profiles. We do not collect user facial information for marketing analytics. We do not use facial biometrics to personalize content feeds.
Works remain until you delete them in the App, clear them by uninstalling, or otherwise remove App storage. Cache folders may be cleared from Setting inside the App. Temporary reference copies in cache are not intended as a long-term archive. Successful outputs are stored in the App private directory paths recorded with each work.
Retention practices do not include storing facial biometric templates. Again: we do not collect user facial information.
To produce AI results, prompts and optional reference image payloads may be transmitted to generation infrastructure associated with the App’s configured service endpoint. Those transmissions exist to return creative outputs. Prilos is not designed to forward your media to unrelated social networks without your share action.
When you use the system share sheet, you choose the destination. That destination’s practices are outside Prilos. Regardless of destination, Prilos itself does not collect user facial information as part of initiating a share.
We apply practical safeguards appropriate for a lightweight creative App: private app storage for generated files, HTTPS for service calls where configured, and avoidance of unnecessary permission scopes. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed as perfectly secure, but we work to reduce exposure by minimizing what leaves the device and by avoiding identity systems.
Security design intentionally excludes facial biometric vaults because we do not collect user facial information.
Prilos is intended for a general audience of users who understand creative generation tools. The App does not include an account sign-up flow aimed at creating profiles of children. Guardians who allow device use should supervise creative uploads. Prilos does not collect user facial information from anyone, including younger users.
You can reopen this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement from the Setting tab. You can also clear temporary cache from Setting. These controls help you manage local clutter without requiring remote profile management.
Opening these documents does not trigger facial scans. We do not collect user facial information when you browse policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product improvements, clearer wording, changes to the tool list, or operational changes to generation workflows. When we update the document packaged with the App, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of Prilos after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy as presented in the App package.
Policy updates will not introduce collection of user facial information. Our commitment remains: we do not collect user facial information.
Because creative tools may involve photos of people, we state this clearly and repeatedly: Prilos does not collect user facial information. We do not build facial recognition databases, we do not store facial biometric templates, and we do not use face geometry as an identity key. Photos you select are creative inputs for the task you start, not enrollment samples for biometric systems.
